Associate Creative Director

Lead branding project and branded digital content creation and production for International Spirits and Luxury brands.

8-10 years of experience in a strategic design or advertising agency, or client-related activity.  

 

  • Oversee and execute all design output with the Executive Creative Director, ranging from brand identity, brand content creation to web design, and maintain creative consistency and excellence on projects from start to finish.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends.  Gather consumer insights and historical research, lead brainstorming sessions, lead development of internal and client presentations.

  • Manage a design team through briefing, conceptualization, design, and production phases.

  • Initiate and stimulate creative ideas for all involved in the creative process.

  • Translate marketing & communication strategies into effective design strategies and visual communication solutions.

  • Manage internal creative input, informing design approach and strategy to the creative team.

  • Provide art direction, conceptual and stylistic direction for its projects, ensuring a high level of creative output for branding, packaging design, activation, and content creation.

  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple deadlines, multitask, and proactively seek solutions and solve problems.
